Du bist unser kreativer Kopf für Social Media! Du planst, entwickelst und drehst coole Inhalte für unsere Kanäle, die einfach Bock machen. Du bringst unsere Social Media Kanäle aufs nächste Level, baust die Community aus und hältst sie mit Deine Ideen am Laufen.
Du kennst die neuesten Social-Media-Trends und bringst sie direkt in unseren Content ein, damit wir immer vorne mitspielen. Du kennst was läuft (und was nicht), und hilfst uns, unsere Strategien noch besser zu machen.
Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit unserem Kommunikations- und Designteam zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass Konzepte und Vorlagen umgesetzt werden. Du bringst unsere Social Media Kanäle richtig zum strahlen!

Das bringst Du mit!

Du bist ein Digital Native, lebst für Social Media und hast ein kreatives Händchen für Trends.
Content Creation ist deine Leidenschaft – vielleicht hast Du sogar schon eine eigene Community aufgebaut? Ob vor oder hinter der Kamera: Du fühlst dich wohl und redest auch gerne direkt ins Mikrofon.
Idealerweise hast Du bereits erste Erfahrungen mit einem CMS System gesammelt.
Du bringst frische Ideen mit und probierst gerne neue Formate aus, um unsere Marke noch sichtbarer zu machen.
Mit Kamera-Equipment und Tools zur Foto- und Videobearbeitung kennst Du Dich aus – Du weißt, wie man Inhalte optisch überzeugend in Szene setzt.
Du hast ein gutes Sprachgefühl und beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch sicher.
Eigenständiges, strukturiertes Arbeiten und Engagement sind genau Dein Ding.
Du bist noch mindestens 2 Semester in einem Studiengang wie Kommunikation und Content Creation, Medienmanagement, Online Marketing, Design o.ä. eingeschrieben.
Du hast etwa 15 Stunden pro Woche Zeit, um Dich kreativ einzubringen, eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten und an unseren Events teilzunehmen.

Wir brauchen Dich vor Ort in unserem angesagten Office in Hamburg oder auf Events. Nach Absprache ist es aber auch möglich, dass Du von zu Hause aus arbeitest.

You are our creative mind for social media! You plan, develop and produce cool content for our channels that is simply engaging. You take our social media channels to the next level, expand the community and keep it running with your ideas.
You know the latest social media trends and incorporate them directly into our content so that we are always at the forefront. You know what's working (and what's not) and you help us to make our strategies work even better.
You work together with our communications and design team and ensure that concepts and templates are implemented. You make our social media channels really shine!

These are your competences!

You are a digital native, live for social media and have a creative hand for trends.
Content creation is your passion - maybe you have already built up your own community? Whether in front of or behind the camera: you feel comfortable and enjoy talking into the microphone.
Ideally, you have already gained some experience with CMS Systems.
You bring fresh ideas and enjoy trying out new formats to make our brand even more memorable.
You are familiar with camera equipment and tools for photo and video editing - you know how to present content in a visually compelling way.
You have a good feel for language and are fluent in German and English.
Independent, structured work and commitment are exactly your thing.
You are still enrolled for at least 2 semesters in a degree course such as Communication and Content Creation, Media Management, Online Marketing, Design or similar.
You have around 15 hours per week to contribute creatively, work independently and take part in our events.

What you can expect:

Hybrid work / remote work
We need you on site in our trendy office in Hamburg or at events. However, it is also possible for you to work from home by arrangement.

What do you prefer? We will discuss together how you can best schedule and utilize your hours.
25 Days of vacation
